PlanMeal is an AI-powered meal planning platform that provides meal plans, recipes, grocery lists, nutritional guidance, and related recommendations.

Certain features require account creation.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining access to your registered phone number
• Maintaining account security
• Providing accurate information
• Activities occurring under your account

We may suspend or terminate access where account ownership cannot reasonably be verified.

Certain features may be offered through paid subscriptions, paid trials, or one-time purchases.

By purchasing a paid plan or paid trial, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

PlanMeal currently offers a one-time paid trial. Unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase, this charge does not automatically renew, and you will not be charged again without a separate, explicit purchase action from you.

Automatic or recurring billing, where introduced in the future, will be clearly disclosed to you before you subscribe, and will comply with applicable Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines on recurring payment mandates, including advance notice before each auto-debit and the ability to cancel before renewal.

Payments are processed by authorized third-party payment providers. Subscription and trial pricing may change in the future upon reasonable notice.

Cancellation and refund terms are governed by the PlanMeal Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on the website and summarized below.

Users are responsible for reviewing that policy before purchasing any paid plan or paid trial.

A short summary of the current policy for paid trials (see the standalone Refund & Cancellation Policy for full terms):

• Paid trials are one-time charges valid for the stated trial period.
• Refund requests made within 24 hours of purchase are honored in full, no questions asked.
• After 24 hours, trial fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law, or where a technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing paid features.
• When recurring subscriptions are introduced, this section and the standalone policy will be updated to include cancellation timelines and pro-rated refund terms, and existing users will be notified before any change takes effect.

PlanMeal uses artificial intelligence to generate meal plans, recipes, grocery lists, and recommendations.

We do not guarantee:

• Nutritional accuracy
• Ingredient availability
• Suitability for specific dietary requirements
• Suitability for medical conditions
• Specific health outcomes
• Accuracy of AI-generated content

Users are responsible for evaluating recommendations before use.

PlanMeal is not a healthcare provider, dietitian, nutritionist, or medical service.

Information provided through the Service is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional nutritional counseling.

Users should consult qualified healthcare professionals before making significant dietary changes, particularly where allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy, or other health considerations are involved.

Users agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Interfere with platform operations
• Abuse automated systems
• Upload unlawful or harmful content
• Misuse the Service in a manner harmful to others

All software, content, branding, designs, trademarks, and platform functionality are owned by PlanMeal or its licensors.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without permission.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanMeal disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanMeal shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Incidental damages
• Loss of profits
• Loss of data
• Dietary outcomes
• Health-related consequences arising from reliance on recommendations

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlanMeal and its service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Service
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws
• Infringement of third-party rights

We may suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

Users may stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts having competent jurisdiction in India.

PlanMeal shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, labor disputes, or failures of third-party service providers.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
