Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers paid trials and paid purchases made on PlanMeal. It does not currently cover recurring subscriptions, as automatic/recurring billing has not yet been introduced. This policy will be updated, and existing users notified in advance, when recurring subscriptions launch.

PlanMeal currently offers a one-time paid trial giving access to premium features for a fixed trial period. This is a single, one-time charge. It does not automatically renew or convert into a subscription. Access to premium features ends automatically at the end of the trial period unless you make a separate, explicit purchase to continue.

• Requests made within 24 hours of purchase: refunded in full, no questions asked.
• Requests made after 24 hours: non-refundable, except as described below or where required by applicable law.
• If a technical issue on PlanMeal's end prevented you from accessing the paid features you purchased, you are eligible for a full refund regardless of when you report it, provided you report it within 7 days of purchase.

Email contact@planmeal.app with your registered phone number and the approximate date and time of your purchase. We aim to resolve refund requests within 5 business days and, once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within the timelines set by the relevant payment processor (typically 5–10 business days for UPI and card payments in India).

When automatic or recurring billing is introduced, this policy will be updated to include cancellation timelines, how to cancel before the next renewal, and pro-rated refund terms where applicable. Any such update will be disclosed to users before it takes effect and will comply with applicable RBI guidelines on recurring payment mandates.
